Three ways to plug in
Web interstitial — one snippet on your download page. Works with any CMS.
Installer SDK — native modules for Windows (Inno/NSIS/MSI) and macOS that serve an offer screen inside your own installer flow.
REST API — drive placements from your own backend with server-side rules, webhooks for conversions, and consolidated reporting across sites.
Questions we get weekly.
Will this hurt my user experience or SEO?
Placements are configured by you: frequency caps, skip buttons and clear labeling are on by default. We recommend one interstitial per download session — most publishers see bounce-rate changes under 1%. Nothing loads before the user's click completes, so Core Web Vitals stay intact.
What traffic is accepted?
Websites, download portals, app stores and installer-based software with real user demand. We reject incentivized click farms, misleading download buttons, and anything malware-adjacent. If your users choose to download, you're our kind of publisher.
How and when do I actually get paid?
Weekly, every Tuesday, for earnings cleared the prior week. Minimum is $10. PayPal and USDT usually arrive same day; wires take 1–2 bank days. You can hold funds to a monthly cadence if you prefer fewer transfers.
Can I run FileAds alongside other monetization?
Yes. FileAds occupies the download moment, which most display ad setups don't touch. Many publishers run us next to their regular display stack. Just don't double-serve interstitials on the same click from two networks — that's against our policy.
What about user privacy and consent?
We support IAB TCF v2.2 and process consent signals automatically; in consent-absent geos we serve contextual, non-personalized demand only. A DPA is available from your dashboard, and our privacy policy spells out the bid-path data handling.
